There is an obscure bug that prevents images for those species with an apostrophe in the common name from being expanded when clicked. To correct this bug: Click the link below, select SAVE, and save the file in the directory where you have installed the XID program. You should receive a message saying that the file already exists and asking if you want to replace the existing file. Click "YES".

If your DVD drive fails to recognize the DVD and you can not see its contents in either "My Computer" or "Windows Explorer", it is possible that the problem is the "Regions" setting of your DVD drive. This is a security measure that was created to try to combat global DVD pirating. By going through the following steps you can change (or set) the compatible region for your DVD drive:
Start > Settings > Control Panel > System > Hardware tab > Device Manager > DVD/CD Rom Drive > DVD Regions tab.Set to Region 1 (either US or Canada).
